We use Australia Post as our Domestic & International Shipping Provider.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only.
Items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities.
All estimates are for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer.
Nakobe takes no responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post or their affiliates.
Customs & Taxes for International Customers
We do not collect customs fees or import charges. Some international shipments may be subject to customs fees. These fees are to be worked out between the customer and customs direct.
Returns
We hope that you love your new Nakobe pieces.
However if you don't, no stress!
You can return your items within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund*
No change of mind returns will be accepted on limited edition Christmas Patterns, only accepted if faulty.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs when returning their item/s
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.
To return, send back items within 14 days of delivery date and keep your tracking number. Then email us with your name, order number, return tracking number.

We have the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. All refunds are for the item price only and does not include any delivery charges.
Due to limited stock availability, we only offer refunds, and do not exchange.
